The changes to the Hours of Service (HOS) regulations are in! We now offer a
20 minute HOS video that covers the entire regulation and the changes that
became effective countrywide on January 4, 2004. This is one of the biggest
changes in DOT's history, so we wanted to make sure that you knew how to
stay compliant. This new video features important changes such as the 11 and
14-hour rule in compliance with the 34-hour restart guidelines.
